Explanation of July 27, 2025 discovery of a second mechanical axis the earth flips on every half billion years. — September 29, 2026 (see below)

I get asked semi regularly about a bullet point on my resume. On July 27, 2025 I offered an explanation for a 31.5 inch discrepancy in GPS data. The phenomena was found by researchers in Korea. It is essentially a new mechanical axis that the world spins on, 180 degrees every 500 million years. Inching along every year. See below a link to my July 27, 2025 explanation, putting to rest the question of whether we should worry about it being manmade, which up to that time was a live question. The full text of my July 27 Facebook post is: “Has the Earth been tilting around once every 525,000.,000 to 1 billion years. If you count 180 as a rotation, then it might be 525 million years times 1.5 inches per year would make the north pole of the south pole and another half billion years to put it back again. Is the Earth now tilting at 1.5 inches a year? Ijust used Meta AI to do a couple calculations on the tilt of the earth. And I was interested in it because in the past few years after the researchers in South Korea, figured out that the Earth wobble had changed, and they posited that it was because of so much water being pumped from natural aquifers. So if 31.5 inches is how much the earths tilt has changed in less than two decades, that is actually a big magnitude. Assuming for the sake of argument that the 23° tilt of the Earth happens slowly over the course of the last 1, 2 or 3 billion years, and that it started from a 90° ankle to our rotation to the sun, that would come out to something like .033 inches per year to 1/10 of an inch per year to give us our current 23° tilt so a 31 1/2 inch change would be much greater than that crazy

or maybe it’s just something we’ve missed all along.? And the Earth has always been rotating at 1.57 inches per year? But that’s not what the South Korean researchers concluded so I don’t know. (basic assumption, circumference of the Earth in inches @ 1.577 million/1.5 inches = 1,051,818,240 ÷ 2 = 525,909,120)”
